This franchise was very good until recently. The product is still among the best in the industry but head office has lost it's way. Franchisees are no longer treated with any respect

Head office has become dictatorial, not interested in any feedback from franchisees. Profitability has dropped steadily over the past several years. Head office is only interested in driving the top line where they make their money. Every 10 years stores are forced to renovate with a cost of $250,000 plus
The most pressing need is store profitability, it's getting to the point where the business model no longer makes sense. Also, Head office needs value input from franchisees since they are on the front lines everyday.
