Great concept and opportunity; don't expect much from headquarters though.

It's a great business opportunity and the reputation is strong.

The CEO and headquarters are a mess. The CEO is rude and demeaning and doesn't even dress in her color and style (the thing we are known for!). They just aren't ready for the growth yet.

Spend time understanding how we actually operate so you can create resources that are actually helpful. It seems all they care about is company growth.
