Martinizing has flipped the old saying about franchises being "You're in business for yourself, but not by yourself" into "You're in business for someone else, but by yourself."

There is literally nothing on which Martinizing has followed through in its franchise agreement, apart from taking royalties.

Complete and utter lack of support from franchise home office. When asked for help, they provide almost nothing; when they tell you they will provide help, you receive literally nothing.

Check in with stores and don't just assume that everything is going well for the franchisees. Drowning people don't make any noise. (And when I did make noise in the past, I was ignored--so what's the point of struggling anymore?)
