Honest

It was once fun but not in the last 2 years

The franchisor needs to be more aware of what is impacting their owners.

Woof Gang corporate management has gone down significantly in recent years.

Never had support from corporate from the beginning. It was also a new franchise & no one knew what they were doing. Bascially not a great experience & no support. None of the stores are alike & no one comes to my store because of the name.
