Never had support from corporate from the beginning. It was also a new franchise & no one knew what they were doing. Bascially not a great experience & no support. None of the stores are alike & no one comes to my store because of the name.

I liked that in the beginning the franchise was like a neighborhood petstore.

The franchise is like a factory & focusing more on grooming than the retail side. Not a fan of grooming & did not want any grooming from the start
