I have the means to be successful here. But my situation is rare. If I had to do it all over again, I would never consider brightway. I watched every agent in my training class fail in the first 12-18 months.

A lot of promises are made regarding access to carriers. Sometimes options are not available because we are part of a large aggregator. Value will be diminished as they continue to over saturate areas with new locations.

I am new to Brightway so I am still working to see how the agency will grow.

Brightway is Great, but has some serious FLAWS for the industry.
