Being nickel and dimed for random costs and items. Having to put out new drink items when we can’t get the product. When we need help with vendors we didn’t get it from RFC.
Would like to see them as a partner and not someone we dread coming into our locations. Tell me how to fix it not just what we are doing wrong. Every location is unique and some things do better in one area than others. Listen when franchisees have concerns and don’t believe everything a customer types!
