Would not have invested (money and time) into this company if I had my time again.
The programming and branding
The layout costs and returns make this business inequitable and not worthwhile. Head Office don’t seem to make business decisions based on research, thus impacting our locations overall. Have had no physical visits/in-person support from HQ since openings. Large promises of returns and business value prior to opening, not many Fitstops are making a profit.
Engage outside experts to really understand the science behind gym marketing. I think they make decisions within their own small team that aren’t in the interests of the individual locations, arrogance outweighs intelligence.
