Not super happy about the state of the franchise.

Great place to work and a healthy environment

Corporate contacts are a joke, nothing ever gets done, the franchisor has no teeth and costs are continually increasing with no greater output. Corporate head office recently moved to canada and in general things have gotten worse.

Communication and performance from the franchisor are lacking. Franchise runs the same old promotion bi annually and nothing ever changes.
