The model and franchisor are failing. Feedback isn't desired, nor acted on. Stay Away!
The brand is great and catchy.
The model and franchisor are failing. Support is incredibly limited, active attempts to improve the model and grow the brand were pushed aside. Corporate is very one track minded. What started out great, has unfortunately seen a culture shift and operators closing in large numbers, and refusal by corporate to innovate, support...that is unless it puts $ in their pocket...i.e. selling territories they know cannot be profitable.
