In what was a promising brand the company has become stale and not innovative. Leadership has handcuffed the company and limited growth. Franchise trying to sell locations in small markets that don't work.

Other franchisees

Needs new leadership with a fresh outlook. Marketing and Branding aren't good and very stale. Web site change was a debacle. Too many C list players. Not enough Truck Vendors. Too many locations closing. Communication is awful.

Listen to the operators in the field. Get a 3rd party to run and administer the Ad Fund. Be more transparent.
