We are consistently being let down and mis lead by educated guesses based off a focused and close-minded operation. Member and employee feedback is that Picklr is one of many and has issues due to its inability to adapt and conform to areas on a local level.
My team and members
Meaningless advancements in unnecessary areas. Corporate continually meddling in programming to make a "cookie-cutter" model that sounds good on paper but doesn't meet variety of nationwide demographics. Over embellished "P-Series" clinics that break down 20 minutes of instruction into multi week/month courses that instructors and members find boring and unprofessional. Corporate consistently increasing amount of dues owed despite having a weak model and poor proforma estimates to quick sell their franchise, leaving many clubs unprofitable or unable to open. Partnerships made to give price breaks then forced to purchase unsellable merchandise at large quantities that corporate then takes additional 10% of. High upper management turn over, resulting in lack of proper communication, expressed expectations and foundationary support.
