If you are a franchisee, you will offer high-quality, good-tasting food service featuring hot dogs and other menu items approved by us from time to time at your JOJO'S GRILL-A-DOG® Outlet or Approved Vehicle. You must operate your franchise in strict compliance with our system standards and procedures that we provide to you in the Operations Manuals. These system standards and procedures related to, among other things, site selection and development, design and construction of the outlet, interior, and exterior decor and signage, equipment specifications, product mix, food preparation methods, employee training programs, accounting and record-keeping systems, marketing plans, and promotions. You will be provided with a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of operating your business, from product preparation to customer service.
