It's a good franchise and good business for outgoing, driven personality types.
Endless growth opportunity if you are willing to aggressively develop the business.
The brand is was not as known as I expected considering it was in the area 10 years prior to my purchase. I was essentially marketing the brand from scratch. Since this is a service based business, it is solely based on people and relationships. As a result, this business is predicated on human interaction and there are many, many people involved. I would rather to just sell a t-shirt.
YesNeutralNeutralIn all areas I love my Franchise. They are creating key partnerships, approve of vet quality vendors, great communication. But if want any material rewards, you must work for it yourself, to get them.
They have built wonderful programs to complement home care - Fall Risk, Matter of Balance, Connected Care, etc
The previous owner (and founder) would incorporate trips for successful owners. There isn't any of that anymore. You get a plaque. We work for an investment company, and it shows.
