In all areas I love my Franchise. They are creating key partnerships, approve of vet quality vendors, great communication. But if want any material rewards, you must work for it yourself, to get them.

They have built wonderful programs to complement home care - Fall Risk, Matter of Balance, Connected Care, etc

The previous owner (and founder) would incorporate trips for successful owners. There isn't any of that anymore. You get a plaque. We work for an investment company, and it shows.

There are so many programs, new software recently -- let us take a moment to get acclimated to all of it. Enough with the new programs -- we have to learn all that we have now.
