If you are a self starter this is a great brand but do not not expect much support from corporate.
Great brand, great community support. You feel as though you are providing a great service for the community.
Franchisor does not like to invest any money into helping the stores nor do they listen to the franchisees. This is a great concept but the franchisees make it happen. Corporate invests very little into building the brand. Look at their profitability. One of the highest in American business. High priority on stock buy backs vs. using profits to modernize the store function and name.
YesPositiveDisapprovesDecent franchise - works well as a family business but be prepared to work at it everyday.
As in any small business, having the freedom to work the business and also have work around my families schedule is great.
high labor rate and constant issues with hiring/retention. Beholden to some clunky business practices and POS from the brand
