Buyer beware because the devil is in the detail.
The brand's intention is quality.
A lot. The leadership is not family friendly. We had a major health event in our family that cause the owner's focus to move toe providing end of life care for a loved one. The franchisor was aware and FINED the owner because they could not attend a conference. Additionally, the field coaches are terrible. They do not respond and have never worked in an agency. The "National accounts" organization took the VA, which is a large referral source and made it a National Account. They added no value but increased the royalties on those accounts by 20% then claimed amazing National Account growth.
NoNeutralDisapprovesIndustry has a lot of potential. BrightStar Care is not the brand I'd go with if I could do it all over again.
Strong franchisee network.
One-sided relationship with franchisor. They only take and rarely give.
