Great business, but, it needs a strong CEO to drive growth.
N/A
Poor leadership, lazy corporate attitudes.
YesNeutralDisapprovesThings have gone down hill since the new ownership.
I set my own prices and run it.
Unable to order smaller quantities of items in the Marketplace and many are higher than I can purchase locally. Little support since I'm not earning millions. CEO is unapproachable and doesn't even take the time to get to know the "little guy"...I guess we don't make enough money for him to be considered valuable. Annual convention should be paid by the royalty fees and the locations are too expensive for who are in the "fish pond".
