Zagg used to be the best in the game now they are brand that's recognized globally with a subpar product.
The warranty offered is great.
The cost at which zagg pays and the cosy of the product to buy doesn't make sense to offer the product. If we have to buy at $10 and only get $8 once we send it in we are at a loss of every warranty we offer.

ordering process and inventory to order from is lacking
NoNeutralNeutralI really want this partnership to work but unless they fix all the issues above I’ve really been thinking about switching to another brand.
Ease of installation and warranty process to keep customers coming back.
Shipping times, RMA process, overstock return process, pricing on third party sites, communication.
