I really want this partnership to work but unless they fix all the issues above I’ve really been thinking about switching to another brand.

Ease of installation and warranty process to keep customers coming back.

Shipping times, RMA process, overstock return process, pricing on third party sites, communication.

Most importantly aside from fixing the issues above, communication, at least let us know they are working on something instead of leaving us in the dark.
