The vision for growth of the franchisor is on the backs of the franchisees and not on having successful franchise locations that 1) bring them royalties and 2) makes people want to line up to buy territories (more profit to the franchisor).

Network of franchisees and technicians that support each other

Home Office support in marketing & operations. In addition to the Royalties and Marketing payments I make, the Home Office forces us to purchase products through them at a higher price.

Help the franchisees be successful, lift the extra 'tax' from the products purchased through them. Listen to feedback from the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC). Work with the FAC to have a National Accounts process. Create a startup plan for new franchisees.
