This is a franchisor that does not hold its self accountable to excellence like it forces its franchisees. The corporate stores are dirty and poorly run. I walked into a corporate store and witnessed broken equipment, cooking product in burnt oil and closing at 5:00 in the evening. Franchisees are obligated to stay open! We don’t dare say anything because they will come down on us even harder! They run the brand with a culture of fear ! You don’t know who will be fired next !

Execute and procure the proper items needed for their promotions. They either can get what we need. Or the are victims of their own success by running out of things. ie boxes for batter box promo Banana pudding promo introduced in the summer and it didn’t get off the ground till late fall. Then ran out of cookies for product. Tenders have been an issue all summer. They continue to be a problem. However they plan to highlight them in the next period?
