Love the brand and being able to impact people in a positive way every day in my community. Also the ability to have multiple units, the sheer volume of ideas generated by franchisees and the support from corporate and other franchisees. Learned so much from so many people.

I would like the ability to open a express location in a couple smaller towns. Corporate offered that option in the past, and the economics made sense for small towns with square footage locations. Want that option back.

Lower costs for vendor supplies and affiliates.
