I don't like corporate dictating how I run my business. I am a true independent tire dealer, capable of running a very profitable business. I look toward TP as a partner in this.

Back off on the mandates, ie torquata to prove loyalty. When they tie their ideas into my money it is upsetting. Also communication needs improvement. The mandated sign change was a recent disaster, where one hand didn't know what the other was doing and many dealers were billed the max amount without vetting what the vendor provided. I know this was paid for by TP, but with OUR MONEY.
