Overall, this is a great franchise. Corporate does assist with issues and provide assistance as needed.

The family-like environment between franchisees and corporate staff. We love our Franchise Business Leader.

The flexibility of being able to choose contractors and equipment. We still have not received all of our correct equipment which we paid for. Contractor situation caused us to lose money and time. We would like more flexibility with our hours of operation. The overall expenses are tremendously more than expected.

Provide better selection of contractors and vendors and more flexibility with hours.
