It's a good location with tons of profitability that gets utilized fairly well. However, too many sweetheart deals with locals makes for a disjointed environment where customers favor one associate over another. Onboarding is inaccessible and too fast-paced for everyone.

Great work work culture once onboarding is complete, never bothersome outside of working hours.

Onboarding is overly aggressive and leaves little room for learning unless the trainee is exceptionally quick to learn. Only accommodates one type of person while stringing you along. Better communication with the trainee, one-on-one time with the same trainer, and not working the trainee during peak hours are crucial.

Put more care into the oversight of new employee onboarding
