In short, I am good with pretty much everything involving the APA. A focus on satisfying some of the complaints by customers and making my job easier would go along way to growing the APA.

The overall business philosophy is fantastic! HAVE FUN. MEET PEOPLE. PLAY POOL.

I sometimes feel detached from the corporate office. This is a people business and technology does not address that. I also believe the APA could do more to generate leads and recruit players and captains to grow individual leagues. Someone should seriously work on a means to sell our leagues when the time has come. Carrying the paper for a league isn't the best case scenario in your golden years.

Focus on making the League operators job easier instead of strictly electronic. Clean up reports, ensure connectivity, protect brand from outside online sources and spend time and money to recruit new customers through incentives and programs.
