I feel like once you sign the franchise agreement, you never hear from anyone again. Having to pay to attend functions through remax when i have already paid to be part of it and continue to pay monthly is quite frustrating.
I like the option of having/interacting with the Balloon.
Zero support from higher up in regards to anything.
They could call, offer assistance, visit an office.
