Over 50% of the stores in the US have closed down in the last 4 years, and they keep closing. Corporate always finds a way to squeeze more money out of their franchisees whenever they need more funds, sending unnecessary auto shipments, mandatory remodelings and other tactics.

The concept is great and has a great potential, just not under this management.

Management is constantly changing, with new officers always trying to implement ideas that do not work on this business, they don’t even take the time to learn this business before they start swinging blindly, costing us, the franchisees, a lot of money. This company doesn’t care about their franchisees.

Change ownership, the current one has no idea how to run a big enterprise like this, in fact it seems like this is done in purpose to ruin American families.
