I love the brand and the fact the work I do every day helps people in my community get healthier and stronger. I also like getting to know other franchisees and the sheer volume of ideas that come out of the franchise system from owners.

Wish the cost was lower and some type of incentive for for multi-unit operators. There really isn't an incentive. There should be.

Have always got plenty of support. Corporate team has been great to work with and cares about the brand. Over the years, they have adjusted with the times. While the brand is huge, sometimes change takes time they have always fixed any issues with tech and corporate employees are quick to answer questions, etc.
