I loved the company when we began with the brand 10 years ago. Because of lack of flexibility though we will not renew our franchise agreement
Its got s great brand name
The current franchise fee structure doesn’t work in the current industry and because of this it is difficult to recruit and retain agents and to be profitable.
Recognize the changes to the industry and adjust the fee model
