Great service offering; terrible corporate team/support.

The store is beautiful, the services are outstanding, and I love the ongoing innovation.

Corp partners are rude/harsh, impossible to get a straight answer from, do NOT demonstrate a desire to help franchisees thrive, charge a marketing fee that does not help at a local level, and are constantly piling on fees and expenses rather than helping us be profitable.

Use are marketing dollars to benefit us locally, reduce overhead, don't enter into partnerships that deliver minimal ROI but add signifcant expenses, and treat us as partners. You have a job because we bought into the concept and are busting our butts daily to make it work.
