The concept is incredible. There is an opportunity to revolutionize vacation rental travel similar to how brands like Hilton and Marriot do it. By building an excellent brand and creating a rewards program partnered with Credit Cards, we can make it easy for guests to want to stay with us. The local operation / ownership provides a key opportunity for creating an incredible guest experience. This can be the perfect balance of the resources of a national brand and the feel of a mom and pop shop style business.
The corporate leadership and team is lagging significantly. There needs to be significant material change to get the franchise back on track
Better leadership, accountability, and project management. There is a culture of good enough or changing / optimizing a process would cause to much work to have to retrain a team. We need to dig in
