Would recommend this franchise and happily purchase another one but still have a doubt in my mind as to wether there is a better option out there. Overall, positive experience with a hands on franchise.

HQ support is very good. Very hands on and well strategised. The product and programming is also fantastic with a strong emphasis on long term results rather than short term pleasures.

I think the tools they use for their systems need to drastically improve from an owners perspective - its difficult to get an easy and actionable overview of the business without investing a lot of time crunching the numbers. Brand awareness could be better.

Invest more in their process tools and softwares.
