Good concept - poorly run.

The history of the system is a great one, and the general concept both works and has little competion.

The new owners of the franchise system, Authority Brands, have been a disaster. They have taken a family run system and increased fees, rules and requirements to an unprofitable level.

Listen to franchisees. They are VERY unhappy now. There are decades of experience they are ignoring and will ruin a good system unless the current direction is not changed.
