Generally pleased with overall experience. We have an opportunity to make a difference in IAQ. This is sometimes a hard sell due to price points.

Good products and protocols. Good technical support from GHS team.

With limited marketing experience, it is still difficult to setup all the available tools today. We still have many franchisees doing things differently. Still have a gap with tools to do a high level IAQ assessment. Still challenges for us in the desert climate. Need better certification and training programs for technicians. Business is classified as asbestos therefore we pay very high insurance rates. Need help to get this changed.

Assist to get better field analytical tools. Conduct some classes on actual use of the digital marketing tools. Blogs, facebook etc. Help with operating costs. Highest costs are testing, chemicals and insurance. West coast warehouse and support. As the company grows west, need way to reduce shipping costs. Technical team is very responsive late in the day, but this is well past their work hours. Is there an effort to get a west coast technical support?
