Great company, but they need to develop a program to appeal to new or low producing agents. Right now the franchise owner is the one who has to absorb those costs.
Name recognition, use of advertising dollars, protection to franchisees and agents, as in the recent settlement agreement
Monthly fees are too high for starter or low performing agents, especially in a small town where agents can go to an independent office for little or no fees. I also, think that when people search for a RE/MAX office in a small town, only the franchise that’s actually located in that town should show up in the search.
