I regret buying an F45 franchise more than anything I have ever done in my life… but now I am stuck with it…

Management has improved lately and franchisee support has improved. It was almost non existent before, and now at least they are trying.

A lot: - they don’t provide opportunities for franchisees to make money on decent merchandise - uniforms and equipment have been out of stock for several years now - they jerked us around during covid on franchise payments and didn’t provide any support - staff at corporate HQ are very junior.. - They knowingly mislead potential franchisees with cost estimates but are let off the hook by having us sign to say we didn’t rely on their lies. They miss insurance, music royalties, crm fees etc and these are all essential to run the business…
