I landed in a great place when I chose CP. Cant' imagine being anywhere else.

All of the great support from home office in terms of training, technology, marketing, etc.

i wish they would change the name to CP vacations or something like that to reflect that we do more than cruises. We are doing more and more land overall as a company, and I do over 60% land myself.

Incorporate technology and procedures for us to have assistants/virtual assistants so we can be more efficient.
