Need drastic changes in corporate - no one listens to the owners who are actually running their business. The FBCs have no actual business experience so they are useless. The DM spend requirement needs to be changed immediately or they will find many offices going out of business

We like the concept of the seasonal business.

Corporates refusal to be flexible and adapt with the changing environment we find ourselves in. The DM program is bankrupting us and does not work. Corporate refuses to adjust it or make any serious changes because they enjoy their cut off the top.

Listen to the owners. Put the owners' success first, rather than be greedy with their cut of the DM spend to make them look profitable.
