It's a very hands-on business model, not as scalable and profitable as they presented it, and corporate doesn't have a clearly defined path so it feels like we're experimenting every year.

Great group of owners, always willing to help and share their experience with the newer ones.

Corporate doesn't have a clear path, it seems like every year we're experimenting some new marketing techniques and we're the ones paying for it. They keep pushing us to spend more on marketing but it's not clear how they're spending the brand fund.

Use the brand fund for real branding and stop pushing owners to spend money on experimental marketing techniques.
