You get no help from the Franchisor, the tools they provide were built in the 90's, there is zero true business development, my royalties include a marketing portion and I see no money to help with marketing, if I had to do this over again I would not.

Provide more updated tools, update the coaching to meet today's work force. The 90's are long gone, provide local marketing funds to each branch. This ultimately will only help your royalties.
