If you buy a UPS Store franchise expect to be treated like shepherd treats their sheep. Sheared as close as possible and slaughtered if they see any profit in it.

Known brand

Corporate is always finding ways to reduce our profit, increase our costs, and waste our time. Over my 14 years of owning UPS Stores they have turned us into the Amazon return center, and reduced what they pay us for the returns while increasing the costs. They require franchisees to pay many tens of thousands of dollars for a "New Look" that has a zero return on investment. They take great care of their vendors at the expense of the franchisees.

I've seen no evidence corporate cares at all about the franchisees.
