Very good. HQ employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They want to help and it shows.

The training that is available. Meetings should not be in Denver. They should be in more fun areas because as franchisees it is hard to get away. So it would be better if it's possible to have fun or warmer places to go.

our database could be better, its very geared to non pc users, and waste time. Fields in different forms on the database don't speak to each other, so you have to keep inputting. The database reports are not geared for the reader, its more for HQ needs to compare.

It would be great if they offered for no fee a person from HQ to come and show how to sale to our territory and help us see what other marketing can be done or show what we need to do to succeed, as that person will know first-hand what we have to work with; also guide to set up as office required to give a solid kick off.
