Loved it at first...Honor purchased and it destroyed this once-amazing brand. Pass on this one and find another home care franchise.

When I first purchased the franchise, the corporate culture was the best I had ever experienced. Once Honor purchased the business, everything changed for the worse. There is not corporate support, the support that is provided is minimal as compared to what I had experienced when I first purchased.

Honor has destroyed the corporate culture. The new CEO (Seth) does not care about customer service or good client outcomes. The bottom line is all that he is focused upon.

Focus on customer service, supporting the franchise offices. I do not believe they can ever rebuild the corporate culture that they have destroyed.
