in the last few years the Franchisor has gone through a lot of changes. I believe these to be positive for future growth. More still needs to be done to california laws so businesses can survive and thrive.

New management is good with innovative ideas. I like helping and educating people about their aging parents.

Support is decent but the corp. contacts continue to change. California laws make it very difficult to do business. Litigation for most companies is right around the corner even though you try to do what is best.

Get a website developer that can have a corporate presence, but also customizable to each individual territory. Then have they need to hire someone to keep them in check. everyone within network has spent a lot of $ on SEO/SEM advertising for very little gain.
