Biggest regret ever. The process to open the gym is horrible. Support is minimal.

Irresponsible, not helping franchisees. Lack of clear communication. Demanding profits without any assistance or feedback loops.
Hard to describe in one paragraph. They should start with an internal anonymous franchisee survey so they know the problems. They should also start with understanding why the franchises are failing and provide help. They can also provide linguistic help to countries that don’t operate in English. They can also stop trying to force their athletes to go to other countries without prior communication with the franchises and without having them first agree. Give them a choice.
