Too little understanding of the needs of the franchisee. Misplaced OKR's. Corporate staff rude and uncaring. Corporate often times has aggressive plans which most of the time don't work. CFO position has been vacant for more than 6 months.

The concept and the services we provide our clients are great.

The model is very complex and requires a lot of specialized employees. The Corporate staff is slow to respond and often times is condescending to franchisees. In addition the Corporate team has very little knowledge about what happens in a studio on a daily basis. Therefore they don't understand where their priorities should be.

Try to do a few things well as opposed to doing many things poorly. Corporate should consider having more of a regional management team as laws and conditions are very different throughout the country.
