Biggby doesn’t care about the people who put their hard earned money and is not profitable for the franchisees but as long as the franchisor is profitable it’s ok? Not a very good company. You don’t leave a company because of the company but the management.

Freedom

I think growing is great but not at the expense from current owners and operators. We all need to make money and profitability should both sides not just one. Growth should be accepted and given to all current before getting new. Biggby is becoming greedy and not a living environment for anyone. If one side is only profitable then what’s the sue if the franchisees working hard for the franchisor? What you say is not what’s happening or going on.

Listen, and take action not just say words. If we say “nothing that changes your mind” then we are speaking to walls. Profitability should be both ways not just one way. That’s sustainable for both parties.
