I do love the potential that the brand has, but it's disappointed when our support system is never a constant.

I love the customers that we get to interact with on a daily basis. I love being able to offer more ideas for them than what they originally thought we would offer. I love my staff too.

I don't like that our FC's change out like lightbulbs. Something must be wrong if they all just jump ship left and right. We've had nothing but wonderful FC's but we can't hold onto them.

Create a great support system for the stores and do whatever you can to insure they stick around.
